Similarly Different
Brief outline of the whole film:
it's about two young ladies they live different lives. One of the girls dedicate most of their time to partying and going out. Whereas the other girl spends most of her time catching up on work.
2.What type of title sequence is it?
We collectively agreed on having a flowing title sequence which includes the names of everyone which is participating in our movie - Tia, Florence, Taja and Bilaal.
Title sequences which have influenced us are:
when title sequences are present whilst the movie has started. This is effective as it introduces the characters in a basic way.
Do you intend to stick close to (conform) or challenge the conventions seen?:
We have conformed to stereotypes. For example using a typical party girl and typical school girl. These stereotypes relate to a big mass of people. Also Conforming is less confusing. It's more understandable to the audience.
3. What type (subgenre) of Teen Film is it?
Which real teen-film title sequences have inspired you and why?
Mean girls inspired me as they included the title sequence whilst the movie went on. This is effective as it's a way of introducing characters.
